Jhankar is a passionate facilitator and a corporate trainer. He has an extremely dedicated legal background of degree in Law with Public and Private International Laws as his Graduate major and Air and Outer Space Laws as his Master’s major. He is the founder of ‘aeiou’ Consulting – a firm specializing in Emotional Quotient Profiling, Workshops and Coaching. He also was the Founder Director and Chief Training Officer of Metahumin Consultancy, a venture dedicated to and having its core in Emotional Quotient (EQ). He is an eternal student of World culture and history, an oft invited speaker in various forums such as Indian Merchant Chambers, Several Corporates houses, educational Institutions, Government, Non-Government bodies. He speaks on subjects ranging from Management,Productivity Enhancement,Leadership, Soft Skills, Cross Cultural Competencies, International Relations and Conflict Resolutions.
