My Journey and Insights as an Educator

Prof Leena Chatterjee completed her Graduation and Masters in Psychology from Delhi University, and her Ph. D in Social/Organizational Psychology from IIT, Kanpur. In 1984, she joined IIMC as a Professor of Organizational Behaviour where she was presented the “Best Teacher Award” by the Institute for several years. She superannuated in June 2021 and joined BITSoM.
Owing to her research in entrepreneurship, career and diversity management, she has undertaken numerous consultancy and in-company training assignments for public and private sector organizations as well as international aid organizations at IIMC. She has conducted Management Development Programmes on Leadership, Team Building, Managerial and Interpersonal Effectiveness. She has now started a one year certificate programme on Transitioning into Leadership for women managers.
